1. When Refunds / Cancellations Are Allowed

If you wish to cancel a registration or booking for our summit/event/services, you may do so by contacting us at least 30 days before the event start date.

After that cancellation window, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

3. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval of your refund request.

Alternatively, if applicable, we may offer a credit toward future events or services instead of a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided for registrations cancelled after the cancellation deadline.

Any fees charged by payment processors or banks are non-refundable.

Special offers, discount-applied registrations or group bookings are non-refundable.
5. Right to Modify
ICEI reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time; changes will apply to new purchases/registrations only.
