  • If you wish to cancel a registration or booking for our summit/event/services, you may do so by contacting us at least 30 days before the event start date.

 

  • After that cancellation window, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

3. Refund Method and Timing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval of your refund request.

 

  • Alternatively, if applicable, we may offer a credit toward future events or services instead of a refund.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refund will be provided for registrations cancelled after the cancellation deadline.

 

  • Any fees charged by payment processors or banks are non-refundable.

 

  • Special offers, discount-applied registrations or group bookings are non-refundable.

 

5. Right to Modify
ICEI reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time; changes will apply to new purchases/registrations only.
