• ICEI retains the exclusive rights to all photographs, videos, and media content captured during the ICEI Awards. By participating in the event, ICEI grants participants limited rights to use their own award-related photos and videos (as provided by the official event team) strictly for branding, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes across digital and print platforms as achievement/ awards/ recognition.

 

• Award photos and videos will be made available to each participant via their secure online dashboard after the event. Participants must adhere to the copyright licensing and usage terms defined by ICEI.

• Unauthorized use of event footage, duplication, or resale of media content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

9. Photography & Videography

• Participants are strictly not allowed to bring personal cameras, photographers, or videographers to the award venue. ICEI has a dedicated team of experienced and professional photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality coverage of the entire event.

 

• All participants will be provided with HD photographs and videos of their award moment and related event highlights through the official ICEI dashboard post-event.

 

• Selfies or personal photos/videos on the award stage are strictly prohibited. This is to maintain the decorum, flow, and professional standards of the ceremony.

 

• Any violation of this policy may lead to immediate removal from the venue without refund, and the participant may be barred from using any unofficial content for promotional purposes.

 

10. Modifications to Terms
ICEI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be bound by the updated version upon their next use of the Website or Service.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India (or the relevant jurisdiction). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
